IdeaSafe can be used by anyone, from individuals to large companies.
Choose a safe with enough storage space (megabytes) for your creative output. At 10MB, even our smallest safe will hold approximately ten novels. Image, video and music files may take up more memory space than text files.
Because you will be able to see how much spare capacity you have in your safe, if you need more memory you can either delete unwanted files or upgrade to a larger safe. To help choose the right safe for your requirements, look at the following guide:

| 250MB | = Large business safe — designed for larger creative businesses |

Fees are paid on an annual basis. Your safe will only be renewed for subsequent years by paying an annual fee. We will remind you at the appropriate time.
